CHRISTMAS 2017

This Christmas we're going to be extra busy and very much hope you'll come and join us at one of the many events taking place.  To find out more about any of these activities, simply click on the picture and you'll find yourself transported in the wink of old Santa's eye to the page with all the details.

Poole Bay Rotary Santa Express

Once again this year we will be out and about round the streets of Poole with our Santa Express, Father Christmas and Christmas music.  And it's all in a good cause - in fact many good causes.  

  • The Santa Express will be driving around local streets on 16 nights this year!

  • We have added one NEW route - through Hamworthy (west) on Thur 21 December 

  • Thanks to the financial support of our Business Partners, all the money you donate goes to charity

  • Poole Bay, Poole and Westbourne Rotary Clubs will be taking turns on the float this year

  • Plus, HomeStart (SE Dorset), Novatruient International, Poole Lions, Poole Soroptimists and WaterAid will also be having a go

Christmas charity collections at Tesco

You'll find us at Tesco in Branksome (Poole Road) for three days from 20 to 22 December, between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

We'll have the Santa Express with us, although Santa himself will be taking a well earned rest during the day, so he and his elves are full of energy for the nightly trips out around Poole

Street Music

On Saturday 2 December "Street Music"  made a welcome return, helping to raise money for locally based Poole charity, Routes to Roots - helping the homeless not only at Christmas, but year round.

Last year you helped us raise £1000 to support the work of Routes to Roots though a GRAND RAFFLE.  Well, we're going to do the same again this year with even more, bigger and better prizes, including

  • £100 voucher for Brittany Ferries

  • 4 rounds of gold at Bulbury Woods Golf Course

In total there are over 25 fabulous prizes
